Using Qorneva AI

Qorneva AI provides businesses with an AI-assisted website experience, knowledge tools, lead management, appointments, follow-ups, integrations, and related workspace features. You must provide accurate information, have authority to act for your organization, and keep account credentials secure.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for business information, instructions, customer data, and other content submitted to Qorneva AI. You grant Qorneva AI the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content to provide the service.

You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and giving any notices or obtaining any consents required for collecting visitor information, sending communications, and connecting third-party services.

Acceptable use

You may use Qorneva AI only for lawful business purposes.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass limits, or probe for vulnerabilities
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive material
• Do not use Qorneva AI for spam, harassment, discrimination, or prohibited automated decisions
• Do not resell, copy, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits

AI-assisted features

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for configuring approved knowledge and rules, reviewing the service for your use case, and maintaining appropriate human oversight. Qorneva AI should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans, setup charges, included usage, currency, and billing period are presented before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe under its applicable terms.

When a subscription is cancelled, access normally continues until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.

Third-party services

Qorneva AI may connect with services such as Google Calendar, Stripe, and email providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Qorneva AI is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Qorneva AI reliable, but maintenance, security events, provider outages, and other circumstances can interrupt access. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, prohibited use, nonpayment, or a material breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qorneva AI is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Qorneva AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
